ClairDSC-5225e E. Parsons is a Member at Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC in Covington, Kentucky. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Claire has devoted the vast majority of her 10 years of practice to representing local government entities and officials as general counsel and in litigation in state and federal court. She has represented numerous school districts in Kentucky in a general counsel capacity as well as in litigation matters as approved counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Claire has extensive experience litigating claims against school districts and their employees, including tort claims arising under state law, 42 U.S.C. Section 1983, Titles VI and VII of Civil Rights Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. She is a frequent speaker and writer on topics relating to school law and is a member of both Kentucky and National School Board Associations, Kentucky Defense Counsel, Inc., and DRI.

 

Olivia F. Amlung is an Associate Attorney at Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC in Covington, Kentucky. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. Olivia is a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Local Government practice groups, primarily focusing on claims involving school law, local government d2017 Headshotefense, personal injury, and a variety of other matters. She also assists with contract review and general counsel work for local businesses, school districts, cities, and governmental entities. Olivia is an active member of various bar associations, the National and Kentucky School Board Association, Kentucky Defense Counsel, Inc. and DRI. Olivia is the author of two published articles in Common Defense, a publication of Kentucky Defense Counsel, Inc. and Lex Loci, a publication of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association.
